Yes, we carry out the sequences of postures in a precisely studied order so that it is always carried out in this way. However, it is impossible to get bored because it takes months or even years to complete the primary series.
There are six asana sequences, primary, intermediate and four advanced series. Each series focuses on a different energy part of the body, the intensity of which is gradually increased.
