If you have previous experience in any other type of discipline, you can practice vinyasa. Better to know the basic postures to move more easily from one posture to another, without having to pay attention to the teacher. Thus, it is easier to concentrate on the breathing and less on the execution of the postures. But although it is suggested to have at least one year of experience, we offer introductory courses in Vinyasa.
The classes given by Shanti Yoga begin with a breathing exercise, a warm-up, then standing postures, balance postures and, for the more advanced, inverted postures.
Hatha yoga poses are combined with dynamic transitions, coordinating your body movements with your breath, creating a flowing sequence.
