VINYASA

VINYASA

Fluid, creative and rhythmic, Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that allows you to exercise while working on the alignment of the body. In the practice of Vinyasa yoga, breathing and movement are linked in such a way that each action leads to the other: each movement corresponds to a breath. Anyone can practice Vinyasa, as long as they already know the basic traditional postures.

No, during pregnancy it is recommended to practice specialized yoga for pregnant women, and always with the approval of your doctor.

How familiar do I need to be with yoga positions to practice vinyasa?

If you have previous experience in any other type of discipline, you can practice vinyasa.
