MEDITATION

Meditation

Meditation is a mind training practice that promotes mental well-being. Its purpose is to make our thought no longer have control over us. It is an activity of letting go where we accept that thoughts pass, like clouds, without making judgments and without letting ourselves be affected by them. We tend to overlook this practice, but it is essential to everyone’s success. There is no physical health without good mental health.
